Likewise, we, in the legal technology field, must also continually receive additional training, research new products and applications, and generally keep up to date. Our in-depth knowledge and experience provides a significant resource for our clients.
Implement
One of our major activities is legal-specific technology implementation. This includes aiding clients in their acquisition and implementation of new applications. Our years of law office experience, being in the trenches with lawyers and staff, gives us the ability to conform the technology to the firm’s practices and culture rather than the firm being forced to change its practices to comply with the technology.
Support
We can offer direct support to resolve issues or be the firm’s point person when dealing with developers’ support representatives. This frees up a lawyer’s or staff member’s time when addressing a problem. Our ability to tech speak insures a timely resolution.
Train
Training is often the most overlooked yet important element for efficient use of technology. Our hands-on experience with the many technologies used by lawyers and law firms, as well as our communication skills provide the various training styles needed for successful understanding during the training cycle.
