Practice Management

The structural foundation for any law firm is practice management. This can e achieved by using systems that include the following modules: contacts, files, documents, communications (including email), and other facets of day-to-day activities and information needed by lawyers and staff. Many practice management applications include timekeeping and billing, some even include a full accounting module.

Applications that rely on integrations with other products require a higher degree complexity and technical know how by attorneys and staff. It is also more costly to maintain multiple applications.

There are a couple of exceptions. They are document management and document assembly. Even though the core product may contain these modules, many firms require advanced features not available in the core product.

In addition, practice management applications are migrating to the cloud. Those systems that fail to make the leap to the cloud and choose to remain as on-premises applications will ultimately wither and die.

We provide the guidance and support to our clients by helping firms adapt to changes and make timely and appropriate recommendations when needed.
